Our Goals

Florida Capital Resource Center seeks to provide comprehensive client-centered advocacy and be a statewide clearinghouse for information helpful to defense counsel in capital crimes.

To those ends, Florida Capital Resource Center seeks to:

• Ensure adequate funding for capital defense
• Monitor all Florida death penalty cases
• Provide a comprehensive motions and brief bank
• Support attorneys with a network of experts & investigators
• Aid attorneys in individual cases
• Collect and analyze statistics on death penalty litigation
• Disseminate information and case updates
